Meet Jai Blazin, an up and coming female MC from the DMV with a distinctive voice, crazy wordplay and effortless flow. An affiliate of the NVUS Music Group, I first met Jai at the end of '09 at an open mic that I also performed at and was blown away by what I saw. Her stage presents is noticeable immediately and the energy she brings is contagious. In today's Hip-Hop circles it's hard enough to notice anything that stands out from a lot of the male artist so you can only imagine how refreshing it is to see and hear a female with such talent. This record "Unplugged" is the first single from her untitled debut album coming real soon. I'm definitely looking forwarding to hearing more from Jai in the future and you should too.
