By definition, a Dagger is a double-edged blade used for stabbing or thrusting. They often fulfill the role of a secondary defense weapon in close combat. Some of those same things can be associated with DMV Hip-Hop artist Dagga, an up and coming MC with the ability to compose a record and then record lyrics making him a double edged threat. I met Dagga at the end of last year at a show we both were performing at and was really impressed with his lyrical ability and the energy he performs with. Dagga is also the other half of NVUS Music Group and is currently working on a project with partner in rhyme Jai Blazin entitled "Skinny Jeans & Fitted Caps" witch should be available soon. Below is a single from Dagga entitled "Roll Call" where he shouts out other artist and DJ's in the DMV that he respects, which is really refreshing to me because most artist in the DMV act like it's a problem to say you like another artist, which is crazy. So I respect Dagga for straying from the norm and doing what he feels....oh and did I mention the record is CRAZY!! But don't take my word for it, listen for yourself!!
